On April 17, the first day of the Annual Conference 2025 of the China Water Association, Jiuwu Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. of Jiangsu attracted much attention with their 3B-408 booth themed on "Ceramic Membrane+" high-quality drinking water. Intelligent Upgrade of Rural Water Supply


The onsite display of the 100-300 m³/d integrated ceramic membrane equipment can meet the water needs of 500-3,000 people. The 1,500 m³/d rural water plant project in Xuyi uses the "coagulation-sedimentation + ceramic membrane" short process, reducing construction time by 40% and lowering water consumption per ton by 25%, providing a replicable lightweight solution for rural water supply.

Effectiveness of Sewage Plant Upgrades


The high-packing ceramic membrane achieved a 99.99% microorganism retention rate and an effluent turbidity better than the national standard by 66% in the Qushan Island water plant upgrade. In Ordos, it overcame challenges posed by high hardness and high suspended solids in high salinity water treatment, achieving inlet water standards optimal for reverse osmosis.


Accurate Membrane Technology Selection Strategy


Through typical cases such as the dual-barrier process of "ceramic membrane + activated carbon" in the Zhoushan project and customized ceramic membrane systems in Ordos, the booth showcased membrane technology combination applications for different water quality conditions.
