On April 21, the 26th China IE Expo grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Jiuwu Hi-tech made a strong debut at booth C42/E42 in hall N1 with a brand-new image. This time, Jiuwu Hi-tech broke through the scale of previous exhibitions in terms of product display, dividing it into a product area and a Jiuwu case library. It intensively showcased advanced membrane separation technologies and equipment applied in core areas such as industrial wastewater zero discharge, new energy services, and membrane water treatment, covering the full range of products including ceramic membranes, organic membranes, adsorbents, and integrated equipment, comprehensively demonstrating its research and development strength and industrialization achievements in the field of environmental protection membrane technology.

Organic Membrane: National-level Green Factory Independent Production


Jiuwu Hi-tech has years of mass production experience with its organic membrane products. Through years of iteration and upgrading, it has successively established three large workshops and five production lines in the national-level green factory, including the roll membrane production line, hollow fiber column membrane production line, hollow fiber curtain membrane production line, non-woven fabric tube membrane production line, and sintered tube membrane production line. Covering a wide range of application fields, it is suitable for various industries such as water and material separation and concentration.

Silicon Carbide Ceramic Membrane: Pioneer of Corrosion Resistance in Harsh Environments


Jiuwu Hi-tech silicon carbide ceramic membrane is sintered at temperatures above 2000°C, with excellent corrosion resistance (adapting to strong acids and bases, including hydrofluoric acid), excellent thermal shock resistance (low thermal expansion coefficient, resistant to rapid temperature changes), and high treatment capacity (large flux, low energy consumption). Its uniform pore structure and efficient filtration performance make it particularly suitable for fields such as ammonium phosphate production, powder washing, organic wastewater treatment, and catalyst recovery.

Water Treatment and Resource Utilization: Reuse of Industrial Wastewater and "Zero Discharge" Process


By combining advanced pretreatment + membrane integrated concentration treatment system + efficient evaporation crystallization and other water treatment technologies, Jiuwu Hi-tech has built the world's first zero-discharge complete engineering for pulp and paper wastewater, saving 40,000 tons of water per day and 51 million tons of water per year, winning the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2019.

Using "microfiltration-ultrafiltration-nanofiltration-reverse osmosis" membrane integrated technology to transform the "solid-liquid separation, purification, concentration" process in the plant extraction/Chinese medicine industry, breaking through traditional plant extraction/Chinese medicine refined separation methods.


Resource Utilization of Waste Gypsum: Resource Treatment of Titanium White Acidic Wastewater


For the acidic wastewater produced in the sulfuric acid process of titanium dioxide production, the membrane integrated process is used to treat titanium white acidic wastewater, recovering products such as metatitanic acid, titanium dioxide, and ferrous sulfate, reducing the by-product amount of titanium gypsum and the usage of neutralizing agents, realizing the resource utilization treatment of titanium white acidic wastewater.


New Energy Services: Extraction of Lithium from Salt Lakes


Jiuwu Hi-tech is one of the few domestic providers mastering the complete process of "adsorption + membrane" method for lithium extraction from salt lakes, including core materials, process technology, commissioning, installation, and operation services.

From "Engineering Innovation of High-Filled Ceramic Membranes" to "Technical Breakthroughs of Organic Tubular Membranes in Treating High-Concentration Wastewater," from "New Membrane Methods for Resource Recovery of Waste Acid and Alkali" to "Cost Optimization and Energy Efficiency Improvement of Zero Discharge Systems," the speech content closely addressed the pain points of the "pollution and carbon reduction" industry, offering both in-depth analysis of technical principles and practical experience sharing from on-site projects.

The venue was fully packed, with the aisles crowded with audience members stopping to listen.
