Recently, with excellent product performance and professional technical services, Jiuwu High Tech has performed well in Jinyuan Environment's 26000 ton/day mine water project in middling coal, Ordos, Inner Mongolia. It only took three months to complete the production, delivery, installation and other work of the project, and the quality of the effluent water is excellent. It won the award of "Excellent Supplier of 2024" issued by Jinyuan Environment.
The Phase II Project of 26000t/Tiankuang Well Water Desalination Treatment of middling coal Coal Mine in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, adopts the advanced treatment technology of "ceramic ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis" process membrane, and the produced water meets the Class III water quality standard in the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water (GB3838-2002), while the total dissolved solids in the produced water is less than 100mg/L. The treated water can be used for municipal, landscape, industrial, and domestic purposes.
Technological Breakthrough: Cracking and Dealing with Difficulties in High Loading Ceramic Membrane
Mine water treatment is a key and difficult point in mining environmental protection, facing multiple challenges such as high water quality requirements, large treatment capacity, and high recovery rate. At present, the reuse of mine water mostly adopts the "ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis" process. As early as 2022, Jiuwu High Tech conducted experiments on different water qualities of mine water in the northwest mining area. With its independently developed high loading ceramic membrane technology, it matched suitable treatment processes and design schemes. This technological breakthrough not only provides new ideas and methods for solving industry problems, but also breaks the application limitations of traditional craftsmanship.
Project Practice: Efficient Delivery Showcases Hardcore Strength
As an important coal producing area in China, Ordos has a huge discharge of mine water. This project aims to solve the problem of efficient treatment and resource utilization of local coal mine water. Through deep treatment of mine water, it realizes the "turning waste into treasure" and provides stable water sources for coal chemical production, ecological water replenishment, etc. At the same time, it responds to the national "dual carbon" strategy and the ecological protection requirements of the Yellow River Basin.
In 2024, as the general contractor of the 26000 ton/day mine well water project of middling coal in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, Jinyuan Environment will actively contact Jiuwu High tech to complete the mine water treatment project. After receiving the task, Jiuwu High tech will complete the production, product delivery, installation, commissioning, operation and other work of the project in about three months. This efficient project execution capability fully demonstrates the company's strong strength in mine water treatment projects and sets a model for efficient delivery in the industry.
During the project operation, Jiuwu High tech adheres to the concept of making "good" and "good" membranes for customers. The technical personnel of the Membrane Materials Division go deep into the site, with solid technical strength and a fighting spirit, to quickly and efficiently solve various problems and emergencies raised by customers.
After long-term testing and operation, its high loading column ceramic membrane has excellent water quality, with SDI less than 3, turbidity less than 0.1NTU, and water recovery rate greater than 92% (comprehensive recovery rate>98%), fully meeting the strict processing requirements of the mining industry. It has won high recognition from customers and all parties, and has been awarded the "2024 Excellent Supplier" award by the customer.
Continuous cultivation: Breakthrough in repurchase and consolidate leading position
In April 2025, Jiuwu High tech once again successfully won the bid for the 13440 ton/day mine water treatment project of Zhongtian Hechuang in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, achieving the repurchase of domestically produced high loading ceramic membranes in the field of mine water. Since 2023, the company has successfully implemented multiple 10000 ton mine water projects in Inner Mongolia, further consolidating its leading position in the field of mine water treatment. In the future, Jiuwu High tech will fully leverage its own advantages, achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages, and jointly promote the development of environmental protection. The company will also continue to increase research and development investment, promote the standardization and industrialization of membrane technology in fields such as mine water, industrial wastewater, and municipal water supply, and help promote the sustainable development of the industrial chain. Jiuwu High tech will continue to increase research and development investment, promote the standardization and industrial application of membrane technology in more fields, and help promote the sustainable development of the industrial chain.
